Make it stand out.
Yoga and Ayurveda are two paths intertwined in such a close relationship that it was hard for me to imagine traveling down one of these paths without knowledge of the other !
Yoga is the ancient art and path of preparing the body and mind for the eventual liberation and enlightenment of the soul. Ayurveda is the ancient art and science of keeping the body and mind healthy so that individuals can pursue the goals in life that they have set for themselves.
Both wisdoms, when woven into the practicality of our modern lives, offer a guiding light for finding ways of understanding **balance, resilience, sustained immunity & vitality, and a peaceful heart.**
It is my hope that the time we will spend together - whether in a yoga workshop or an ayurvedic consultation - leave you feeling **empowered to take discernable action** during times of dis-ease and vulnerability, but more importantly **to bolster eternal health in mind, body and soul.**
My profound love for Yoga and Ayurveda stems from their acknowledgement that our bodies are inherently intelligent, knowing exactly how to foster and protect optimal health. Our bodies are our first true homes, the intimate spaces we inhabit within ourselves. Always communicating to us, when we learn how to listen and honor our needs ! Only then, we can nurture a loving relationship with our bodies through the many whirlings of life. Vitality is a natural outcome of a body and mind well cared for.
If you face your flaws, you’ll notice the change.
