”I choose a home birth and prepared for it following special Ayurvedic rituals -such as daily oil massages, yoni steams, pre-natal kundalini practices. I sipped on nettle & red raspberry herbal brews and munched on dates, until the D-day!

After giving birth, I drank fennel fenugreek tea to support lactation and stayed home for the first 40 days. I gave my son daily massages with warm sesame oil since he was 4 days old, followed by floating in a warm, soothing tub.
